This standard specifies a gas chromatography-mass spectrometry method for the determination of epoxidized soybean oil content in four food simulants (water, 3% acetic acid, 10% ethanol and refined olive oil). This standard is applicable to the determination of epoxidized soybean oil content in food simulants that are in contact with food contact materials.
