Scope

This standard specifies the electromagnetic compatibility test requirements for instruments and control equipment used in systems important to the safety of nuclear power plants, and provides applicable national standards and IEC standards (mainly GB/T 17626 and IEC61000 series standards) that specify general test methods. The specific application parameters and criteria necessary to ensure that nuclear safety requirements are met are given. The normative part of this standard is limited to testing of equipment prior to installation in a nuclear power plant to demonstrate immunity to electromagnetic dis urbances. This standard applies to electromagnetic compatibility testing of instruments and control equipment used in systems important to safety in nuclear power plants.
