This part specifies the models, technical requirements, test methods and inspection rules of cemented carbide surfacing materials for Level 1, 2 and 3 equipment in pressurized water reactor nuclear power plants. This section applies to cobalt-based alloy welding rods for manual arc welding of level 1, 2, and 3 equipment in pressurized water reactor nuclear power plants; cobalt-based alloy and nickel-based alloy welding wires for gas tungsten arc welding, plasma arc welding, and oxygen-acetylene flame welding. .
