Scope

This part specifies the requirements for the manufacture, testing, inspection and acceptance of manganese-nickel-molybdenum steel forgings for steam generator water chamber heads in pressurized water reactor nuclear power plants. This section applies to 18MnNiMo alloy steel forgings for steam generator water chamber heads in pressurized water reactor nuclear power plants.
