Scope

This standard specifies the division of operating units of overhead transmission lines, description of state quantities, changes in state quantities, and status assessment. This standard is applicable to the technical evaluation of the operating status of overhead transmission lines (referred to as "lines") with voltage levels of 110 (66) kV and above; 35kV lines can be adopted as a reference.
