- Scope
- This standard specifies the technical requirements for busbar welding work involved in the production, installation and maintenance of equipment in the power industry. This standard applies to tungsten inert gas welding (TIG) and melting inert gas welding (MIG) of busbars made of pure aluminum and aluminum alloys, pure copper and copper alloys. The welding work of aluminum alloy power fittings can be performed with reference to this standard.
