Scope
1.0.1 This standard is formulated in order to improve the technical management level of sprinkler irrigation projects, save water, reduce energy consumption, ensure the safe operation of the project, and give full play to the benefits of the project. 1.0.2 This standard applies to the project management, operation and maintenance, water management, field testing and operation management evaluation of sprinkler irrigation projects. 1.0.3 A management organization should be established to operate and maintain the sprinkler irrigation project. The sprinkler irrigation project management organization should formulate and improve management rules and regulations, and prepare project operation management methods and operating procedures. Organizational management and financial management should be implemented in accordance with the relevant current national regulations. 1.0.4 Professional management personnel of sprinkler irrigation projects should undergo relevant training and assessment, and hold certificates to work. 1.0.5 The sprinkler irrigation project management organization should prepare a scientific and reasonable irrigation system and water use plan. 1.0.6 The sprinkler irrigation project should establish technical files including the following contents: 1. Design, construction and acceptance documents. 2. Equipment technical data and overhaul update data. 3. Water use planning and operation records. 4 Project expansion and reconstruction information. 5 Major failure cause analysis and treatment results. 6 Analysis data of main technical and economic indicators. 1.0.7 The operation of sprinkler irrigation projects should ensure safety, focus on energy saving and efficiency, pay attention to environmental protection and soil and water conservation, and carry out comprehensive utilization. 1.0.9 In addition to complying with this standard, the technical management of sprinkler irrigation projects should also comply with the relevant current national standards.
