Scope: This standard specifies the terms and definitions, classification and marking, raw materials, requirements, test methods, inspection rules, signs, packaging, transportation and storage of fiber reinforced composite bridge plates (hereinafter referred to as FRP bridge plates). This standard is applicable to glass fiber reinforced composite bridge plates of pedestrian bridges, vehicle bridges or trestles formed by pultrusion process, and other fiber composite material bridge plates can be used as a reference.
