GB/T 29558-2013
Scope
This standard specifies a method for evaluating the repeatability and constancy of the intensity scale for Auger electron spectrometers with an electron gun energy of at least 2 keV for routine analysis. It applies only to instruments equipped with an ion gun for sputter cleaning. This standard is not intended to be a calibration of the intensity/energy response function, which can be developed by the instrument manufacturer or other institutions. This method provides data to assess and confirm the accuracy with which the intensity/energy response function remains constant during instrument use, and gives guidance on some instrument settings that can affect this constancy.
