Scope
1.0.1 This standard is formulated to unify the classification of construction projects, standardize the classification methods and requirements of construction projects, and improve the scientific level of construction project management. 1.0.2 This standard is applicable to pre-construction planning, survey, design, bidding, construction, consulting, etc., and not applicable to construction projects with special requirements such as military projects. 1.0.3 Construction projects can be divided into three categories according to their natural attributes: architectural engineering, civil engineering, and electromechanical engineering; according to their functions, they can be divided into housing construction engineering, railway engineering, highway engineering, water conservancy engineering, municipal engineering, coal mine engineering, and water transportation engineering, marine engineering, civil aviation engineering, commercial and material engineering, agricultural engineering, forestry engineering, grain engineering, oil and gas engineering, offshore oil engineering, thermal power engineering, hydropower engineering, nuclear industry engineering, building materials engineering, metallurgical engineering, non-ferrous metal engineering, Petrochemical engineering, chemical engineering, pharmaceutical engineering, mechanical engineering, aerospace and aviation engineering, weapons and ship engineering, light industry engineering, textile engineering, electronics and communication engineering, radio, film and television engineering, etc.; construction projects in various industries can be classified according to their natural attributes and combinations. 1.0.4 Each major category of project in this standard can be divided into project category, individual project, unit project and branch project, etc., and the basic unit is branch project. The specific coding can comply with the provisions of Appendix A, Appendix B and Appendix C of this standard. 1.0.5 The classification of construction projects shall not only comply with this standard, but also comply with the current relevant national standards.
