- This standard specifies the basic parameters, requirements, test methods, inspection rules, marking, packaging, transportation and storage of marine horizontal self-priming centrifugal pumps (hereinafter referred to as pumps). This standard applies to the design, manufacture and acceptance of horizontal self-priming centrifugal pumps for transporting seawater, fresh water and sewage with a temperature not higher than 75°C in ship bilge, drainage, fire protection, cooling and sanitation systems.
