- This section describes the relevant requirements and regulations for IC card Internet terminals in terms of hardware requirements, interface protocols, command sets, personalization, and security systems. This section applies to Internet terminal equipment that accepts financial IC cards that comply with the definition of JR/T 0025 specifications. The main objects of use are departments (units) related to the design, manufacturing, management, acceptance, and research, development, integration and maintenance of application systems related to IC card Internet terminal applications. Unless otherwise specified, the terminals mentioned in this section refer to IC card Internet terminals. This section describes the rules for the use of IC card Internet terminals on personal computers. The rules for use in other application environments (such as smart phones, tablets, etc.) can refer to the provisions of this section.
