- The standard described headed and headless die buttons in large stamping dies. Denotations of relevant dimensions and common designs are specified in the standard. Anti-rotation elements, cutting geometries, vertical holes and materials are considered as well. The arrangement and installation of die buttons are discussed in detail. The standard provides calculations on die buttons and describes special designs.
