Scope
This part of ISO 19232 specifies the minimum image quality numbers to ensure consistent quality of radiographic testing. This part is applicable to the two types of image test specimens described in ISO 19232-1 for wire BPK and in ISO 19232-2 for step/hole BPK, and to the two techniques described in ISO 5579. Values are specified for the two classes of techniques described in ISO 5579 and for ferrous materials.
