- This standard specifies the following technical requirements and quality requirements that should be followed for the reclamation of damaged land; ——Land damaged by surface excavations such as open-pit mining, brick making, sand excavation, etc.; ——Surface damage caused by underground mining, etc. Subsided land; ——Land occupied by the accumulation of solid wastes such as mining strips, waste rock, slag, fly ash, smelting slag, etc.; ——Places temporarily occupied by energy, transportation, water conservancy and other infrastructure construction and other production and construction activities. Damaged land; ——Land damaged by natural disasters such as floods and geological disasters; ——Land damaged by other production and construction activities stipulated by law. This standard applies to land reclamation exclusive planning preparation, land reclamation program preparation, land reclamation project planning and design, and acceptance inspection and other activities.
