Scope

This type evaluation outline is applicable to the type evaluation of AC (power frequency) and DC withstand voltage testers and AC and DC withstand voltage testers with digital display and pointer indication of the maximum output voltage not higher than 15kV. This type evaluation outline is not applicable to the type evaluation of the withstand voltage test part of the comprehensive electrical safety performance tester.
