Scope

This part of SB/T 2389 specifies the procedures and methods for determining the fullness of shore-to-ship pipelines before and after loading and unloading liquid cargoes (except liquefied gas, highly toxic and flammable and explosive cargoes). This section is applicable to the determination of the fullness of pipelines between shore and ships.
