- This part specifies the overall technical requirements for carrying out telecommunications network video surveillance services, including architecture, functional models, typical business processes, performance requirements, coding requirements, device numbers, communication protocols, network management, security requirements, and billing requirements. This standard applies to video surveillance services carried out by telecommunications networks. The telecommunications network in this standard refers to the public telecommunications-level communication network based on packet switching.
