Scope

This standard specifies the technical requirements and test methods for SDH digital microwave communication equipment and systems, including hypothetical reference connections, channels and digital segments, error performance, frequency bands, channel arrangements, and capacity for Synchronous Digital Series (SDH) digital microwave communication equipment and systems series, availability indicators, as well as technical requirements and test methods for radio frequency (RF) interface characteristics and baseband interface characteristics, and take into account other business, protection switching, system performance, network management, power supply adaptability, environmental adaptability, security and other requirements. This standard applies to Synchronous Digital Series (SDH) digital microwave communication equipment and systems.
