Scope
This standard specifies the requirements, test methods, inspection rules, marking, packaging, transportation and storage of nickel-chromium-tungsten steel forgings (hereinafter referred to as forgings) for marine diesel engine exhaust valve stems. This standard applies to the development, acceptance and use of 26Cr20Ni 10W2 steel forgings.
