Scope

This standard specifies the models and basic parameters, requirements, test methods, inspection rules, marking, packaging and storage requirements for general oil-injected sliding vane air compressors (hereinafter referred to as "sliding vane air compressors"). This standard is applicable to sliding vane air compressors with drive motor power of 1.5 kW~160 kW and rated exhaust pressure not greater than 1.25 MPa. Sliding vane air compressors driven by internal combustion engines may be implemented with reference to this standard.
