Scope

This part of NS 3420 covers the establis ment, operation and decommis ioning of a building or construction site. The concept of establis ment includes insurance, collateral, planning and rigging, while the concept of liquidation includes any final works, decommis ioning and final documentation. Provis onal quality assurance measures during the construction period, such as sealing, construction cleaning, heating and dehumidification of what is to be built are also covered by this part of NS 3420.
