- This standard specifies the model, technical requirements, test conditions, performance tests, production tests, test reports, inspection rules and signs, packaging and transportation of seed cotton dryers. This standard applies to tower-type (shelf-type), drum-type, pulse-shelf combined, and pulse-drum combined seed cotton dryers (hereinafter referred to as dryers) that use direct heat transfer to dry seed cotton.
