- This standard specifies the structure, technical requirements, inspection methods, inspection rules, marking and packaging and accompanying documents of bending testing machines. This standard is applicable to wire rods with sample diameters (including special-shaped cross-sections) of 0.3 mm to 10 mm and metal plates and strips with a thickness of no more than 3 mm. Bending tests are used for repeated bending tests in accordance with GB/T 238 or HB/T 5178. Folding testing machine (hereinafter referred to as testing machine).
