- Scope
- This standard specifies the terms and definitions, requirements, test methods, inspection rules, packaging, transportation and storage of copper-ended aluminum connecting pipes (hereinafter referred to as "connecting pipes") for air conditioning and refrigeration equipment. This standard applies to copper-ended aluminum connecting pipes using R123, R22, R134a, R152a, R600a, R404A, R407C, R410A and R507 as refrigerants and using sleeve joints to weld copper and aluminum pipes.
