Scope: This code is applicable to the construction and demolition of buildings, structures, infrastructure, underground space, rock (concrete) drilling and excavation, chamber and other blasting engineering construction contracting and the construction of engineering measurement and bill of quantities in the implementation stage of valuation activities. The valuation of blasting engineering must be carried out in accordance with the engineering quantity calculation rules stipulated in this specification.
