This regulation stipulates the process qualification, welder examination, welding process and welding inspection requirements for welding of flammable fluid transportation pipelines in acidic environments (HS volume content is greater than or equal to 5%) in oil and gas field surface gathering and station engineering construction. This procedure is applicable to the welding of flammable fluid transportation pipelines in acidic environments using electrode arc welding, metal powder core downward welding, gas tungsten arc welding, and gas metal arc welding in the construction of oil and gas field surface gathering and transportation and station projects.
