Scope
1.0.1 This standard was formulated in order to unify the content and technical requirements of hydrological data compilation across the country, adapt to the development of hydrological data compilation technology, and ensure the quality of hydrological data results. 1.0.2 This standard applies to the compilation, review and review of hydrological data from various hydrology, water level, precipitation and evaporation stations across the country. 1.0.3 According to the source of data and the type of compilation results, hydrological data compilation can be divided into explanatory data, basic data and survey data compilation. 1 Description of data compilation includes: overview and analysis of basic data collection, research, and organization. 2 The compilation of basic data includes: various data of the basic station network, various data of experimental stations, small river stations and their supporting precipitation stations, and data of special stations (including stations set up by non-hydrological departments) that supplement the basic station network. . 3 The compilation of survey data includes: water quantity survey data, heavy rain survey data, and flood (dry) water survey data. 1.0.4 Hydrological data should be compiled, reviewed and re-examined year by year. In addition to complying with the provisions of this standard, the chart preparation of the compiled data should also comply with the provisions of SL 460-2009. 1.0.5 The compilation of hydrological data at hydrological stations should be completed by the hydrological station or the hydrological survey team. When conditions are not met, it can also be completed under the guidance of the secondary hydrological institutions of provinces, autonomous regions, municipalities and river basin agencies; the compilation of hydrological data in the jurisdiction The review should be completed by the secondary hydrological agencies of the provinces, autonomous regions, municipalities and river basin agencies; the review of hydrological data in the jurisdiction should be completed by the water administrative departments of the provinces, autonomous regions, municipalities directly under the Central Government and the hydrological agencies directly under the river basin management agency. 1.0.6 The compilation software of various data should comply with the relevant provisions of this standard. Within the scope of use, it should be tested by trial calculations of various typical measuring station data, and should be approved by the hydrology agency directly under the national water administrative department or the hydrology agency directly under the river basin management agency. Institutional review and approval. 1.0.7 New technologies and methods of hydrological data compilation should be carried out in parallel with the compilation of other methods for one year. They must be comprehensively inspected and meet the accuracy requirements of this standard and be approved by the review unit before they can be officially put into use. 1.0.
