Scope

1.0.1 This specification is formulated in order to unify the technical requirements for water transportation engineering measurement, improve the quality of measurement, and meet the needs of water transportation engineering planning, design, construction, acceptance and operation. 1.0.2 This specification is applicable to the measurement of ports, waterways, navigation buildings, ship repair and shipbuilding hydraulic structures and other projects. 1.0.3 In addition to complying with the provisions of this specification, the water transportation engineering survey shall also comply with the provisions of the current relevant national standards.
