Scope

1.0.1 This specification is formulated to ensure construction quality, safety and environmental protection, reduce project costs, advocate comprehensive utilization of resources, energy conservation and emission reduction, and promote the development of building material mine engineering construction in building material mine engineering construction. 1.0.2 This specification applies to the construction and acceptance of new construction, reconstruction and expansion of building material mine projects. 1.0.3 This specification provides a basis for the construction and self-inspection of the construction unit, the quality control of the project by the construction unit and the supervision unit, the inspection of the quality of the project by the quality supervision department, and the quality assessment of the completion acceptance of the project. 1.0.4 The building material mine project shall abide by the basic construction procedures, and organize construction strictly in accordance with the design documents and construction organization design. 1.0.5 The construction and acceptance of building materials and mining projects shall not only comply with the provisions of this code, but also comply with the relevant current national standards.
