This section specifies the Chinese names and English translations of commonly used Chinese food dish names. Includes: Chinese dish name, English dish name, main food processing materials in the dish and auxiliary added condiments, spices, and quantity guidance. This section applies to Chinese food menus of catering service companies that need to be marked in English. Applicable areas of this part: areas and tourist areas with a large number of foreigners in my country. It does not apply to catering companies that contain lifestyle customs, use protected animals (plants) as raw materials, and focus on private dishes; it also does not apply to catering companies’ secret specialties and dishes with extended names.
