Scope
This standard specifies the type, basic parameters, requirements, inspection methods, inspection rules and marking, packaging and transportation requirements for poultry carcass internal and external washing machines during the poultry slaughtering process. This standard applies to equipment for washing blood stains and residues on the surface and inner cavity of poultry carcasses after evisceration.
