This standard specifies the high-performance liquid chromatography method for the determination of mycosine in Agaricus bis orus. This standard is applicable to the determination of mycosine in Agaricus bis orus. The determination of mycosine in other edible fungi can refer to this method. The detection limit of muscarin in this standard method is 1.0 mg/kg for fresh products and 10.0 mg/kg for dry products; the quantitative limit for fresh products is 3.0 mg/kg and 30.0 mg/kg for dry products.
