- This standard stipulates the construction standards for the national crop-rape production base. This standard applies to the construction, reconstruction and expansion of national crop production bases (rapeseed). This standard can be used as the basis for the preparation of crop production and construction base (rapeseed) planning plans, project proposals, feasibility study reports, and preliminary designs.
