- This standard specifies the basic requirements for the construction of county-level agricultural product quality and safety supervis on and testing agencies (county-level quality inspection agencies). This standard applies to new construction projects as well as reconstruction and expansion projects of county-level quality inspection agencies. This standard can be used as the basis for the preparation of county-level quality inspection agency construction project proposals, feasibility study reports and preliminary designs.
