This standard stipulates the basic requirements for the construction of prefecture-level agricultural product quality and safety supervis on, inspection and testing institutions (referred to as prefecture-level quality inspection institutions). This standard applies to new construction projects, reconstruction and expansion projects of prefecture-level quality inspection agencies. This standard can be used as the basis for the preparation of construction project proposals, feasibility study reports and preliminary designs for municipal-level quality inspection agencies.
