- This standard specifies the basic requirements for the construction of the Agricultural Products Quality and Safety Supervis on, Inspection and Testing Center of the Minis ry of Agriculture (referred to as the minis erial quality inspection center). This standard applies to new construction projects as well as reconstruction and expansion projects of minis erial-level quality inspection centers. This standard can be used as the basis for the preparation of minis erial quality inspection center construction project proposals, feasibility study reports and preliminary designs.
