Scope

Personnel using this standard should have relevant inspection or testing experience. This standard does not address all possible safety issues. It is the user's responsibility to adopt appropriate safety and health measures and ensure compliance with the conditions stipulated in relevant national regulations. Scope: This standard specifies the terms and definitions, requirements, inspection procedures, determination and disposal of hazardous chemicals in bulk and pipeline liquids for import and export. This standard applies to the import and export inspection of liquid hazardous chemicals transported in bulk and pipelines (see Appendix A for the list of liquid hazardous chemicals)
