Scope: This standard specifies the terms and definitions, requirements, inspection, determination and disposal of flammable solids of hazardous chemicals for import and export. This standard applies to the inspection of flammable solids of imported and exported hazardous chemicals (see Appendix A for the list of flammable solids), excluding flammable solids transported in bulk and pipelines.
