- Scope
- This method is applicable to fine-pile sawtooth cotton and roller cotton with a moisture regain of 6-12% in the test sample. This method is applicable to electrical detectors that calibrate the moisture regain by the thermal weighing method in the box. If the cotton moisture electric measuring device that meets the technical conditions of the electric measuring device described in 3.1 of this standard is used, the moisture content can be converted into moisture regain within the scope of appendix A and B of this standard.
