This standard specifies the enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay method for detecting bovine immunoglobulin G content in dairy products. This standard is applicable to the determination of bovine immunoglobulin G content in bovine colostrum products and bovine dairy products added with bovine colostrum components. The lower limit of determination in this standard is 9.8mg/g.
