Scope

This standard specifies the protective measures and safety principles for electrical hazards of electrical equipment, and puts forward requirements for personnel approaching electrical equipment. This standard applies to relevant personnel who may be close to and apply various electrical equipment in electrical workplaces, including management, installation and commissioning, equipment maintenance and other personnel.
