- This standard specifies the terms and definitions, markings, requirements, test methods, inspection rules, marking, packaging, transportation and storage of granular cotton for sound-absorbing panels (hereinafter referred to as granular cotton). This standard applies to granular cotton that uses slag, rock, etc. as the main raw materials and is mainly used to manufacture sound-absorbing panels. Granular cotton for other uses can also be used as a reference.
