Scope

This standard specifies the principles, procedures, content, depth, and report preparation requirements for offshore wind farm project pre-feasibility study reports. This standard is applicable to the preparation of pre-feasibility study reports for newly built and expanded intertidal and subtidal tidal flats and offshore wind farm projects, and deep-sea wind farm projects can be implemented as a reference.
