Scope

This standard specifies the inclusion interval calculation of the difference between the single measurement result of the check sample (CS sample) and the reference quantity value (RQV) when the laboratory test method is assumed to be unbiased. This standard applies to the normal model description and prediction of continuous numerical results produced by measurement systems under statistical control.
