Scope: This standard specifies the terms and definitions, basic parameters, requirements, test methods, inspection rules, signs, packaging, transportation and storage of electronic weighing moisture analyzers by drying method. This standard applies to electronic weighing type drying method moisture analyzers (hereinafter referred to as moisture meters) for the determination of free moisture content of samples with relatively stable physical and chemical forms.
