- Scope
- This standard specifies the safety requirements and measures that designers, manufacturers, suppliers and users of clay sand mixers should follow. This standard applies to fixed rotor sand mixers, planetary rotor sand mixers, basin rotary sand mixers and various roller and balance wheel sand mixers (hereinafter referred to as sand mixers). This standard also applies to each unit and auxiliary equipment that constitute the components of clay sand mixing equipment.
