- This part specifies the message interface used for mobile payment online transactions between the network access institution system and the transfer clearing system, including the structure, format and message domain of the online transaction message. This section applies to all transfer clearing systems, acquiring systems, remote payment systems, account management systems and other systems that conduct general transactions on the mobile payment network.
