- Scope
- This standard specifies the terms and definitions, classification and identification, technical requirements, test methods, inspection rules, re-inspection rules, marking, packaging, transportation and storage requirements for acrylic tops. This standard is applicable to natural top products made of acrylic fiber with a nominal linear density of 1.33 dtex to 6.67 dtex. Other acrylic tops should be used as a reference. This standard does not apply to top products made of acrylic fiber mixed with other fibers.
