- This standard specifies the requirements, test methods, inspection rules, marking, packaging, transportation and storage of petroleum electronic pressure gauge test devices (hereinafter referred to as devices). This standard applies to the manufacturing, inspection and quality acceptance of devices using piston pressure gauges or pressure transmitters as pressure sources.
